Since LAMS version 2.3, you can make use of full video conferencing facility using [Dimdim|http://www.dimdim.com/], a webconferencing software. We have created a new [Dimdim tool|http://wiki.lamsfoundation.org/display/lamsdocs/laddim10].
In order to use the [Dimdim tool|http://wiki.lamsfoundation.org/display/lamsdocs/laddim10] you will need to install a Dimdim server. You can use their open source or Enterprise versions.
